In-Kind Donations

There are many ways to donate to the temple. If you prefer not to donate cash, or wish to make an additional material gift to the temple, we have numerous ongoing needs to support our worship.

Current Needs

• Food (bhoga) for monthly worship services (catered is OK, or complete food preparation)
• Hibiscus bushes (red preferred, pink or yellow OK)
• Bronze, panchaloha, or granite murtis for altars (Current need: 10-12″ Saraswati/Matangi, 18″ Kamakhya, 10-12″ standing Ganesha; future needs: 9 identical black granite Yoni-Lingams for Navagraha shrine)
• Permanent temple home (Northern California – must be dedicated property with living quarters for pujari & separate temple)
• Frequent flyer miles OR return plane fare (approx $1200-1800) to bring purnabhisheka Sri Jadunath Sarma for a temple blessing & public programs
• Professional cleaning & maintenance services for temple & kitchen
• Silk deity clothes (saris of any size)
• Mustard oil and ghee (preferably organic) for lamps and bhoga preparation
